Look, the company has had to make decisions on where to spend its limited cash and IMO the smart thing to do was develop the CC model, which was expensive. I believe you were right when you said there is not much to report anyway, so way spend that money at this time. However, I don't think the amount of capital necessary to get the filings current is going to be much, so I'd expect filings soon after a CC deal is announced.
