1) CEO selling: For a variety of reasons, and from a retail investor perspective, CEO James Musick's decision to sell some shares of VODG probably could not have come at a worst time. General investor sentiment toward OTC-related stocks has been relatively negative over the last few weeks (at least in the majority of stocks I own/follow).

The selling will probably be viewed less troubling to current/potential VODG investors if Musick remains committed to the debt-reduction strategy outlined in the proposed deal to acquire Neuromics. Debt conversion at $1/share would be extremely favorable to the retail shareholders, but it would also be potentially very expensive to Musick on a personal financial level.

2) ImmunoLink Therapies: Things appear to be ramping up at Neuromics. Weidert Group (a design/marketing firm) registered the "Immunolinktherapies.com" website on September 25. 3) StemTrophin: A statement from Neuromics CEO Pete Shuster on a LinkedIn discussion forum, regarding a stem cell activating product the company will release soon.......

In our research, we find the the Tumeric needs to be combined with a carrier for best SC expansion. We are treating ASD Children and Autoimmune Disorder Clients with Stem Cell Activating products like Stem Kine and VPA. We are close to releasing a 100% natural product named StemTrophin that will be tumeric based. That said, I must caution that if a client has high dysregulated of Immune/inflammatory response cytokine and chemokines (we test their blood serum using RayBiotech Quantibody Arrays), these natural stem cell activator show little therapeutic effect. It's like you need a balanced immune system first for these to work.
