Again, BYSD management is not your friend. Do not expect any OTC company to be upfront and honest with traders / investors. They want unsuspecting traders to buy their shares and will do anything for the quick greedy $ IMO.

You can expect a reverse split soon as per their previous splits that have occurred every other year for the past 4 years - i.e., 2010 & 2012...
