there were probably many traders planning on selling before the markman in hopes to catch the run-up to the hearing. But they were going to sell no matter what, because they don't want to hold through the hearing. I think the stock pops if the general sentiment of the hearing favors Worlds, then it pops again if a favorable ruling comes out.
Worlds chances of getting a favorable markman ruling is pretty high, imo.
