I dunno, but you could go out, get a DBA name, create a shell company in nevada then issue billions of shares which you pocket the money under 'general funds and administration' heading in the balance sheet and don't ever worry about creating a product except for reams of PR's, or better yet, with the money just pay some company to write them and post them for you. Sounds like any sub penny company to me.!!
