bdu, I strongly disagree. Your post could be no further from the truth, as you ignored the science and some very basics of how many biotechs lose equity in IP..etc, but not Peregrine!
As for the 12 years to develop a drug, PPHM is on year 33 of existence and almost 12 year years of SK's "reign". Why can't PPHM even be AVERAGE?
Owning a 100% of something does not always mean it is valuable. Even though PPHM owns the IP, did you read the document they sent with the Proxy and the Patents Expire? Did you also read that PPHM will owe over $6 Million for the IP they own 100% of?
Time is not a friend of PPHM.
As for "NO BAD DEALS".. you sure about that? How about the DIOS and STASON Deals? Were they GOOD Deals? How about the current "DEALS".. Oops, I forgot there are NONE.
