The psychological effect is not good. Additionally, reverse splits are often seen as a means of the company insiders manipulating the number of shares so as to release the recalled shares back to the market.



It is my opinion that the average investor on this board is smarter than this. I see no evidence of manipulation by insiders in SGLB. It has been said many times on this board, but I don't see SGLB as the typical penny stock.
