Lets see. CEO purchases 700,000 shares at between .30 and .31 announced when the PPS was at .33. Definitely an affirmation that Elite share prices can't be worth more than .31 so that is where we are at. Then one has to consider that CEO would put his best foot forward and sort of buy at an inflated PPS. So are we looking to go down to the mid .20s?
