There is no catch.

Bascially, we are just a penny stock, now subjectively in MY Opionion and AWESOME penny stock with great potential (yeah sounds like any other)

We have a lot of outstanding shares, we are losing money, but we are signing on new customers and contracts. For the last few years, quarterly results have improved on the income side, and losses are decreasing.

We have multi year government contracts with the DLA, DOD and the Missile Defense agency, and they are exploring coverage of 6 new FSGs in addition to the mandated FSC5962 category which has been in effect for some time.

The .gov would not sign such contracts if they did not expect APDN to be around a while.

APDN is looking to expand into automotive and big pharma which would amount to huge resources of income if done properly

We are expecting a reverse split that should put our share price above $4/share in the future and get us uplisted to one of the big boards. Once that is done we will have exposure to a lot of new investors and liquidity.
