The Company's Fiscal Year End is May 31st. As of May 31, 2014, the Company had 26,953,884 shares of it's common stock outstanding with approximately 95 stockholders of record, which number includes the number of shares authorized by Board Minutes but unissued at May 31, 2014. Of this amount approximately 1,903,871 shares were freely tradable and 25,050,013 shares are "restricted securities" as that term is used under Securities Act of 1933. Innovaive Holdings Alliance, Inc. is currently authorized to issue 1,500,000,000 total shares of common stock with $0.001 par value, and 1,000,000 shares of Preferred Stock with $0.001 par value. At May 31, 2014, the Company had 500,000 preferred shares authorized as Series A Preferred Shares, of which 1 share was issued and outstanding. In addition, the Company has 500,000 shares authrorized as Series B Preferred Shares, of which none were issued and outstanding. Since May 31st, 2014, the company has cancelled issuance of 13,537,455 shares due to rescission of acquisition agreements pursuant to Note 10 of the financial statements, and other cancellations and current outstanding common stock is 13,416,429.

The party responsible for preparation of the unadited financial statements of Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. is Michael Moriarty. Mr. Moriarty is a Certified Public Accountant.

It appears that Chris Winter has chosen to not go with Neil Treitman nor any of the sub-companies that were formed. I am currious as to how things will go from here. Because Mr. Winter is going through the hassel of filing the required paperwork to get current once again, I can only conclude that he has another plan of approach for the company. I can only speculate that we should see something released via PR soon, to hopefully explain what this new direction will be. Maybe stay in the medical industry, but that is only my speculation.

For now, it's still a waiting game.
