Yes, stop losses and good until cancelled orders can trigger pre-market even on the OTC, when there is not one, depending on if the MMs choose to trigger them.

I've had stop losses trigger over the years in similar situations (not as severe), hence, why I stopped using them.

Of course, it is also possible that the world markets that went low during the standard pre-market time triggered the stop losses on the american market. Either way, it occurred in such circumstance.

A key example would be today. Who on earth can sell that much pre-market (total ~3.5 million), let alone buy it pre-market, when retail isn't even allowed to trade pre-market on OTC stocks?
