I respectfully disagree, IMO if your employee needs more money budgeted for his department after poor performance you would most definitely be asking why he needs more money and how it was going to change things from you losing even more money in that department before handing it over?
This will be the 3rd time in a few years they have asked for more shares and for us to expect to see something that was supposed to be fourth coming months ago now before giving them a blank check is not irrational nor unrealistic its trying to make sure we are not tossing our money to some money hole or to some shady dealings like GR now being investigated by the SEC...
