That is not really a fair complaint.

Let us say that 95% of major trials do not have running enrollment announced (seams like a reasonable guess to me). In the game of telephone tag, that could have come out as the claimed "nobody" does it.

There are certainly some valid counter points to the hopeium induced euphoria, no need to go off and make up weak arguments.
