Good luck to ya, but I'd be willing to bet that some of the shady insiders from the past are still somehow involved with the share structure.

They really should have picked a better shell. This one is as dirty as the come.

BTW...have you seen the current market cap of JABA? Just under $9.5 million. Yikes!
