Plus he stated that he has gotten a verbal from them not to cash in their shares for maybe another year???!!! I believe that's what I heard. Need to listen again.

He stated that he has a good relationship with them and they want to see VPOR succeed beyond measure! Hanover is thinking LONG here! Triple their investment hopefully!

And I hope it is a slow methodical selling of the shares......not some dilution dump!

Plus we are paying a portion off this month!!!
