It does not help us longs
Any ruling by any DISTRICT COURT Judge that HERA is a monster and is at play here is not good for any sort of equity
Any ruling that does not jump on a mid course single party change in a contract is not good
And the market concurred
The market by hanging around 1.85 also said there are more ways to skin this cat and I hope to see a slow rise to say 2.75 over 2 weeks (Not predicting but hoping)
Believe what you want and who you want but a ruling against an equity plaintiff is not good news
It is bad news - with the question being how bad. Is it a precedent that moves forward or a one time blunder by one judge? And will there be a formal appeal (say to the entire DC District Court v one judge panel). Will the low price (and thus the far easier say 5-8 bagger entice buyers? etc
