which as should be repeated again, is refusing to release the contractually obligated divisions of treasure to Deep Blue and the other companies working there. In Deep Blues case, over three years of treasure recovered by and photographically documented by Capt Billy. The financial hardship created by this deliberate breach of contract is obvious as is the effect on the share price and the shareholders.

Once the DR comes to its senses, either on its own or by court order, the treasure will finally be released and Capt Billy will get back to diving and recovering even more treasure.

That should end any more hogwash about any years old case regarding a different company being responsible for the current situation.
