I once read a 10K where one of the "could happen" statements mentioned the remote possibility of a catastrophic fire due to nature of the goods they manufactured.

Imagine that! A company using their 10Q to announce that they were expecting a fire!!

What's even more crazy is their stock didn't tank. Which probably had something to do with knowing how to read a 10Q.
