Appearances of a debt ridden shell is imo just what they want until they are ready to dot the I's and cross the T's. I just took a position the day before the Q came off. Most all of the same players are behind the scenes as well as some new faces that have very deep ties to the original players. All one needs to do is read the filings. It is worth a gamble of a few thousand dollars imo. To think they went to all this trouble leads me to believe I will make a nice return on my money.
