Here's the big difference in a nut shell. This company is controlled by and all the decisions are made by one man.

Many companies engage in financing of this nature (not quite this bad as NBRI is in bed with bottom dweller VCs) and yes most of the time it results in a depressed stock price.

BUT because of Perry's failure to explain things to shareholders AND to take affirmative action to control dilution terms AND to accelerate operations with the cash gained on the backs of shareholders AND to offset bad news with regular positive updates on progress AND other things, the depression of NBRI has been extremely rapid and severe.

In a nut shell, today's price is solely Perry's fault. It has nothing to do with posters or "hyperbole" (stupid word that way too many people on this board use way too often).

Furthermore, I'm starting to think he could care less. I for one would like to know where the cash is going.......
