They finally put the site back up. I guess since the meetings are over there isn't much risk of scumbags trying to mislead the committee. They made a statement after the cowardly sneak attack from seeking alpha and their co-conspirators that they were going to take precautions to insure that kind of manipulation didn't happen again. Anyway here is the link to the proposed floor/building plans along with a rendering of the outside with the tree's in front.

Billboard Advertising - agreed it probably doesn't fall under the sign restrictions but imo is a bit of a gray area since it is right next to the building and I think would go against the "spirit" of the restrictions. Either way a huge billboard that says "Dr Reefer" will certainly draw attention. FREE Advertising for blum/LV
