Investor2323 may be right. But for sMELY owners yes. But for the dumb investors they will first get banged with a huge RS then it will tank again and most likely another huge RS. Just keep selling stocks and taking them back is how these crappy pink sheet penny stocks work. So just keep buying and flipping a few ticks up and hope you don't get caught with your pants down lol
