The only thing that hurts the company is the fact that they are screwing their employees over with their pay structure. If they paid us better hourly, reset our commission structure, and stopped making us worry about trivial things like iPad use in customer interactions, they'd have higher moral among the retail associates. But when you have to worry about being fired for not using an iPad, or not hitting a number one month, you kind of start to hate your job.
