Pretty simple... Which ever MM wants to unleash shares, runs the price up premarket. Amateurs get excited thinking the bottom is in and or it's going to run. First hour of trading ( amateur hour ) will usually hold green and then shortly afterward dumpage resumes. People still throw money at it thinking they can " break resistance" but it's hopeless. It then closes red and someone goes and buys a Bugatti and snorts Coke with your money. Gap and trap, 2014 websters version.
