Based on your response, I'm not sure you read the same press release or SEC 8-K that I did. Target is also a public company and has owned this project for a while. One would assume they owned everything they are exploring and selling. As part of the sale to Victory, management properly checked ownership of the property being purchased and they seemed to have found issues with what the seller said they owned. As a shareholder, I'm happy they protected me by doing so. They seemed to have paid for the good stuff and left the questionable stuff out of the buy. Good for all of us.
