I take the 5th.What's sad is the damage this has caused to the victims and the list is long.I'm talking about grown people crying.

When people cause this kind of damage/harm to innocent people they deserve whatever hell that comes there way and whatever that splatters on them.

This case was and is over before it started.The lies told to the court and all the false filings just shows what money can do.

The fact is they never stopped using Ponezumab.If they wanted out of the OPTION LICENSE AGREEMENT Doc.#79 (Defense) EXHIBIT 2 all they had to do was follow section 7 the agreement they signed.

All it took was a piece of paper and some ink and a postage stamp and 60 days afterwards they would have been free forever regarding the agreement milestone payments ect ect ect.

Furthermore if one reads this license agreement Section 2.6 "Field" shall mean the treatment,prevention and/or control of all diseases and/or conditions in humans,including but not limited to Alzheimers Disease and Mild Cognitive Impairment.

As one posted before on this board its covers everything even a cold sore.The two keys word is (ALL DISEASES).

THE COURT:The bottom line is you had this agreement.You guys are the owner of the product or the method and you want to make sure you are going to get compensated for everything and you are going to write a contract that;s going to cover all instances of maybe of potential use not just actual use but potential infringement.

Page 21 THE COURT:You just never know as to whats going to happen in the future and you want to make sure as the developer of this product or compound that you want to get--you going to get compensated later on down the road if somethings good happens.
