Refer back to the movie "The Sting". The thing about the big sting is that the "Mark" does not know he has been stung until it is all over. Here, we shareholders are the "Mark" and this sting was orchestrated so that Chad Coats and/or his buddies were able to fleece the company, the shareholders, and the market in general through the insider trading of stock IMO. To me that is just WRONG!
