So this morning's interview gave us nothing other than exposure for the company to the people that listen to Mr. Yorba. I would wager that those are the same folks that subscribe to penny trader news letters.

There are a few things that have stood out to me that could use some explaining.

1. Mr. Squires bills the company $11,000+ a year for the office of solterra in his home. I'd wager that's the better part of his mortgage. I ran my own business out of my home for 5 years and I never billed my corporation. Call that a naïve business practice if you will, but I wasn't taking loans to keep the lights on either.

2. QMC just hired Torrey Hills Capital to the tune of $8500 a month. Forgive me if I misunderstand the purpose of this firm, but as I understand it they are spin doctors which is fine for bouncing the share price around through exposure but it doesn't add to the value of the company or the product. I see another $102k per year in parenthesis. well, minus the cost of the previous ir firm of course...

3. I understand the need to protect the intellectual property, but the 10k makes it seem like they really don't want to sell dots. It sounds as though they want to install their dots into other company's products so that the other company never touches the raw materials. This makes revenue generation way more complicated.

4. One thing that I have never seen mentioned is the price of the raw materials to make a gram of tqds with their process.

5. Mrs. Squires is salaried at over $50k as a book keeper. The phone goes straight to voicemail every time. I know that receptionist is not her job title, but if anyone on the payroll could answer a phone...

6. The videos that we saw show a luminescent liquid dripping into a flask, that's it. The "reactor" as pictured could be a fancy drip pump housing. The videos were as useful as the radio piece this morning. Again, I understand the need to protect intellectual property, but the video is by no means proof of the process or material.

I really hope that my concerns are baseless as I have a lot invested here. Would anybody be up for pooling some cash to get feet on the ground who could tell us what's up if qmc would allow that? Right now a flight, hotel, and rental car is going for under $1000 from Syracuse to San Antonio. I know dots aren't his specialty, but he is the only materials research scientist I know that happens to be my father inlaw...

I've not approached him with this idea so I have no idea whether he'd do it or how much he would charge, but I'd love to hear the opinion of a non-invested third party that knows what they are talking about. Anybody else?
