The radio talk show interview was OK, I guess, but I was not impressed.
The first thing is the obvious lack of preparation by the host. I realize he probably does interviews like this often, and that if he fills his allotted minutes with voice he has done his job, but I don’t think he has a clue as to what this company is, really.
Like when he asked about “QTMM Links”. (It’s 6:30 AM in Dallas. Was he wanting sausage?) and SS had to tell him “not links –inks!”.
And instead of stating that quantum dots are about to revolutionize the energy economy (that’ll get attention in Texas!) and civilization as we know it, the hosts biggest observation was that it could make his phone stay charged.
It was about like the local morning Austin TV show clips last month where the host told the reporter “Don’t get any on you! Ha!” Hokey, and totally unaware of the magnitude of the coming changes this represents.
They just did not convey it. Oh well.
One nugget I DID get was the thing about our not-quantum-dot nanomaterial product that will make lithium –ion batteries 20-40 % more powerful. ? What’s up with that? Anybody?
