We've seen this response before here. The font was even different from the rest of the email which talked about Sea Wave Energy (etc etc etc) so it seems like a copy paste. The signature was also not typical of Shmuel's so I'm pretty sure it was a response from an office worker in Israel.

Definitely sounds like Shmuel Ovadia is stateside or in Canada meeting with all parties. I think the merger is complete and now we just have to wait for the PR.
