For the mutual fund watchers.
If you ever wondered if the setups that we create here on the Stockseasonality board work for mutual funds, the answer is yes. You use the aroons and williams indicators the same way you would for stocks. You watch the full stoch become aggressive and you watch the MACD reach a nose up on Money Mountain. Mutuals tend to be more cyclical. Look how many times the williams punches through the -50%. Awesome potential there. Now, if you can make 5% or more each time you buy a mutual in a months period, wouldn't it be worth it to take the 1% penalty for selling early? I think so. I know there are a few mutual funds that I have recorded that has made over 600% in their six year runs but they are rare. Also, we can now pretty much nail down the best time, indicator-wise, to enter the options. I still have to tweak a few more things, but I am close; not about the results, but other things. As far as FDIVX is concerned I expect it to rise again. JMO.
