Some institutions may have been selling this into the end of the qtr yesterday for "window dressing" (they didn't want to have a loser-stock showing on their books). That and some of the usual tax loss selling by institutions that begins in Sept. Also, that remark by CEO for the S.Alpha interview had that one sentence which suggested next results wouldn't be reported til after the year end (which removes a catalyst in next three months to counter tax-loss selling by some folks). The s/p dropped over 10% after that remark beginning the same day the article was released.

Now that the "window dressing" effect for Q3 is behind us maybe more buying can come in and ride this back up to at least the 50dma level (presently 2.55).
