The reality is that those screens don't turn off. NYC is the Vegas of the east (minus the gambling of course). I've been there plenty of times sitting in the Marriott Marquis looking down on Times Square, those lights blasting through the closed curtains of my hotel room while my head spins from the fact that the bars don't close until 3AM after stumbling through Times Square and trying to remember what my room number was. It's not always loud, but it is always bright.
Believe me when I say it, getting that commercial on those screens will be awesome!
