I'm agreement with you on this vaporman. Company should not be doing a R/S until it is off the Grey Market at the very least. Also, the PPS would rise drastically from these levels if they monetize on "Yellow" by doing a limited release of the film like they announced or sell the rights to the movie to another party. This stock could trade back in the pennies if they monetize on "Yellow", IDA approval of new Master plan along with financing secured. Get off the Grey Market & investor confidence will then be at an all-time high with these actions. Then you can do a R/S to uplist to a higher exchange to bring in Institutional investors. You can add me to the list as well if you go through with a lawsuit against FINRA if they approve the R/S. I'm watching closely how this whole fiasco goes down if the R/S happens before I decide to talk to a Securities lawyer on my own situation. This company has deceived shareholders since inception. I'm currently holding a $46K paper loss so I feel for you & your family.
