Margrit noted in one of the MoneyTV episodes that the process in places like Brazil, Mexico, and Dominican Republic involves Trademark approval (6 mths), partnership agreement, label approval, distributor agreements, LOC -- all of which can take many months. Some of the international progress was also delayed due to start up of operations in the US (as noted in another MoneyTV episode).
