As described EMF is an illegal enterprise. On many levels...

- Marijuana cultivation - illegal as a for-profit company (SB420)

- Violates 25 plants per parcel (County ordinance 4291 section 9.31)

- is not registered in the State of California - Nevada registration

- does not qualify for legal status - primary caregiver, collective, patient (SB420, county ordinance, others)

The exemptions? Lies - there are no exemptions.

So why haven't they been caught? The head of the Matrix Investment Group tells us why, in this message.

1) The cops are busy with bigger fish.
2) The location of EMF is still a puzzle that hasn't been fully solved yet. ;)
