Okay let's get this straight. According to the late amendment filling on Sept. 16 Clayton Moore has signed off as the President, CEO, PFO, PAO and Director? Is this reasonable, does anyone think this represents a well structured head office, one that is transparent? Questionable to say the least IMHO. Has anyone looked into the background here to see whether there is a formal education to back these credentials?
