2. If this Hail Mary worked we all realize the DTA’s that got us to Netzero would be reversed & huge wind fall would have gone to preferred share holders!!!’
3. Common would not know if any money would have been paid out.
3. Preferred share holders have no equity & give a sheeeeet about the ongoing operations they just want coupon value & dividends.
4. COMMON SHAREHOLDER the value would have gone down if that was awarded putting FNF back into debt.
5. The DTA’s were achieved by bad accounting rules not in effect today so if you were the gov you get your money back that was used to shore up balance sheet from mark to mark accounting.
6. I have said the preferred shareholder hopes for liquidation & COMMON want the company’s to go forward.

Summary!

I am glad the preferred shareholders loss THIER greedy assessss trying to get fake money put in & fake money sweep back to the treasury on an accounting reversal of money we all knew FNF did not need!

So there! I give a sheeeet about the preferred share holders because they give a sheet about us!!! Those two classes never get along anyway!!

The gov in that response said if they go to receivership it will go to court & follow the law!
