Its up to the company to update the T/A. The company knows the A/S, O/S, and float before T/A does. Do you not realize the T/A gets the info from the company? The company has to send the T/A certs in order to get the A/S correct. Maybe that hasn't happened yet and that is why the T/A does not have 73 million. When you retire shares certs have to be sent to the T/A.
