its a MATERIAL fact, and for a PUBLIC company who says they aspire to be uplisted, it doesn't show ANY transparency, just promotional PUMPING

transparency would mean the public knows where the first grow plot is planned……NO, they don't

transparency would mean that the public knows why the CEO got this company into a DTC CHILL 2 years ago and he hasn't gotten it removed……………NO they don't know ANYTHING about the CHILL

transparency would mean the public knows what GroPro looks like and that they have USED GroPro on at least 1 grow plot………NO they haven't and no one has seen a GroPro system

honestly, what is transparent is the 15 PR"s about minuscule paperwork to remove a CE and become OTC current ( WOO…., OTC is NOT a regulated marketplace….HOO ) and to MAYBE lease some irrigation system to MJ growers………..PAPERWORK…

……since when is PAPERWORK a milestone for a company??????????
