I don't recall anything ever being promised by Ed.

This company went from a single operator being Ed, and over the course of several months he became DTC eligible, sold some licensing agreements that generated up front fees that put some money in the back, formed a board of directors, hired executives, integrated with customers previously engaged, hired auditors, located and moved into office space, hired a sales force which is now making sales, and scheduled a AGM.

That is quite a bit in a short period of time.

App delay very disappointing. Audit and Form 10 need to come soon.

Otherwise, the re-birth of this company is taking place.
