LOL...Flu Seasons coming I hope no-one from the new CPA firm get's a cold.

Judging by that info. it could mean one more delay.

"The Registrant is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period due to an illness of Registrant’s outside accountant who was unable to complete the compilation of our financial report for review by Registrant’s independent auditor".
