As opposed to many companies in the penny realm, NAS is a real company with real employees offering a real service. The company through it's acquisitions has positioned itself well in the oil/gas sector.

My opinion is they are working on a larger acquisition before year end that helps them meet many of the up-listing requirements. They will most likely use the share buyback to raise the pps before the reverse split.

In the end, some trust has to be placed in the Board to implement a strategy that is long term and successful. Penny stocks are manipulated and most of the time don't reflect the true value of the company good or bad.
