I don't think its a scam. Just that pile Of a ceo doesn't care about his retail shareholders. A legit biz man with integrity would not spinoff a sub of his company that looses a ton of money. He would just sell that part take a L and focus on whats working. He basically dilutes shares to acquire bs business that us retailers fit the bill. 10billion shares outstanding without any profit what so ever. Do people realize the amount of buying that would have to take place to push this thing to penny land.
