Diarch, incorrect. Firms "fire" the client frequently, I know I've done it. Some clients/people are not worth the headaches they create. Like...Maybe...issuing stuff to the SEC that does not add properly?

Now the "politically" correct and published in which firms are fired includes the soft sell language of "we resigned".

We both know how this game works. There must be a legitimate reason that this accounting firm would not take DECN on as a client. I mean, the sole purpose of the firm merger was to increase the firm's SEC client reporting and revenue base.

Thus the question, why did the firm fire DECN (wink-wink-I mean resign from the engagement)?
