I think initially Monzo must have had some deal with North Star and then they decided to have a company on their own which made them to have a deal wiht Fortune Oil and Gas to take over the shell and operate as a separate entity. Once the name change with new ticker symbol become legal, they are going to have the full legal rights to operate on their own.I am pretty sure MONZO is going to have a great future. In addition MONZO has other products on line to be released once the name change becomes legal.
