I think you would have people jumping up and down for joy if it was .42, and by your calculations, there is no reason it shouldn't be there. I think the only thing we can have hope in at this point is if there is another pump getting ready by the same chaps as last July. Otherwise, until Bob decides to get in front of the street with the story of SCRC, no one is going to know about it. Heck, I think at this point they could announce any number they wanted to for Sept and no one will take notice. Sorta like the old saying about a tree falling in the woods and if no one is around, does it make a sound? At this point, SCRC is the tree in the middle of the woods......and no one hears anything.
