The PRs were clearly not intended to drive the PPS up. That's not something Baltia needs to concern itself with right now. They are a stone's throw away from certification, those PRs are, in my honest opinion, intended to simply express progress and perhaps non-obvious accomplishments. They're not earth-shatteringly exciting things, but again - that's not the point of the last few PRs. The sole purpose is to express to Baltia's shareholders that there is progress being made, IMHO.
