IMO The CEO have no interest to increase the PPS. I just guess why!
1. No promotions.
2. Very, very briefly PRs without element of adverts.
3. Lack of info.
Etc
So is not time to buy. May be at '2 or '3 but now not.
Is too expensive!!!IMO
