Sure....if I loaned a company $85,000 and could sell to make more than $300,000......I would sell too!

So, call it dilution if you want, but truth be told, the only shares that were sold were those utilized to pay back debt!

Looks like the selling had stopped, so feel free to allow the PPS to move back up now!
